- Pray for the Mission Audit Process, and especially for the questionnaire Meeting on September 1st.
- Pray for the new Buggy Service for parents and children, meeting at St Mary’s on September 21st.
- Pray for the Enquirer’s Group, meeting for the first time on September 26th, for those leading and those who might come.
- Pray for ‘Back to Church Sunday’ on October 7th, and for the courage to invite someone to come.
- At Harvest time, give thanks for all the good things which the earth provides, for a fair sharing of the earth resources, and for our stewardship of creation.
- Pray for the schools as they return at the beginning of the month, and for those going to new schools at this time.
- Remember the feast days this month - Holy Cross Day on the 14th,
St Matthew on the 21st, and St Michael and All Angels on the 29th.
