Alan joined us as organist at St Mary’s five or six years ago, and has been a delight to have on the organ seat and in the parish ever since.  As well as playing regularly, he became involved with Parish Kids and Cool Church, with the Choir and the Family Service Planning Group, on the St Mary’s Committee, and much else. 

We shall miss him greatly.  We hope to have the chance to say a proper farewell and thank you to him at some point in the near future.
