| Parish Weekend Away |
||
Burford Priory houses a small, mixed community of Benedictine brothers and sisters, and we will stay in the guesthouse (The Old Rectory) in the grounds. There are excellent walks in the large grounds and further afield, and we shall have the opportunity to join the community for worship. There will be plenty of space and time for our own reading, prayer and relaxation. We will travel together, either by car or minibus on the Friday afternoon (time dependant on whether people are coming from work or not), and return after lunch on Sunday. The cost will be about £90 for accommodation + travel. If you are interested in going, could you let Gary, Kate or Chris know as soon as possible, so we have some idea of numbers. Do ask one of us if you would like and more information. |
