As you have probably read in last month’s Magazine, we are planning how we might, slowly and methodically, visit all the houses of the Parish, offer prayer and information about the Church here, and invite people to come to an event - Harvest Service, Bereavement Service, Christmas Service, etc.
We have already had a number of offers to help with this - but would, of course, like more!
So, here’s your chance to come and find out what it is all about, and see whether you might feel called to join in this new form of outreach we are planning.
Well, I say ‘new‘, but if we think of how Jesus sent out his Disciples two by two, we see that it is as old as the Church!

PARISH VISITING EXPLANATION & TRAINING
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3rd,
9.45a.m., in the Community Room at St Alban’s
and we’ll be finished by 11.00a.m.
Our aim is to make the process as simple and accessible as possible. We’ll help you to understand:
Why we are doing it?
What will I say?
What will I give them?
Will I be safe?
Can I manage it?
Am I brave enough?
What about the time
Commitment?
Am I being called by God to this ministry?
There’s only one way to find out - come along on the 3rd!
