At a lunch at the Vicarage in the middle of February, the Ministry Team said farewell to Kate, as the Parish had done the previous Sunday.
We also celebrated John Davies’ 80th birthday, which was also celebrated at St Alban’s the morning after.
It was a very happy occasion, much was eaten, both were toasted, and the cake was cut and shared with lots of different people.

As you can see, it was a joint cake - the top half for John (shared with St Alban’s the next day) and the bottom half for Kate (shared with the Ministry Team).
We wish them both all the best for the future. |
